Responsibilities:

1. Account Support: Provide assistance to the Golf Sales Account Managers in managing and maintaining relationships with golf accounts.

2. Order Processing: Process and manage orders from golf accounts, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

3. Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for golf accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing product information and updates.

4. Sales Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our golf collection to support effective product presentations and sales pitches.

6. Trade Show Preparation: Assist in the preparation and coordination of 7 Diamonds' presence at golf trade shows and events.

7. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels for golf products.

8. Reporting: Prepare sales reports and updates for management and the golf sales team.

9. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the golf sales team, including filing, document organization, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
